The host of this activity is Italian project parner Itis Ettore Majorana School. The school is located in Somma Vesuviana, City of Naples. Teachers and students from Romania, Turkey and Poland participated in the this project mobility. The mobility was held in April 2022 for 5 days. The theme of the mobility is the tools pre-telescope and the evelotion them to modern telescopes. In this context, students designed pre-telescope observation instruments, the Galileo telescope and the Kepler telescope. Astronomy-themed quiz competitions were held. We went to the Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory, one of the most important and historical institutions in the region. Here, seminars were given to the participants by the trainers. Students had the chance to observe the history of telescopes through the telescope samples exhibited in the observatory. A Sun observation activity was held at the observatory with modern telescopes.
In addition to scientific studies, cultural excursions included a city tour of Naples, the ruins of Pompeii, and trips to the cities of Sorrento.
